Job Details
An ambitious Immigration Solicitor holding the Level 2 IAAS accreditation is needed for a rapidly developing immigration specialist.
The firm was started by the ex-Director of a well-recognised Legal 500 firm and has gone from strength to strength since they opened.
They are going through a particularly important growth phase, seeing an increase in new instructions and they have recently acquired a new Legal Aid contract. As such an entrepreneurial Solicitor is needed to work alongside the Director of the firm and aid with both incoming work and the continued development of the department.
To be successful in your application you will be:
- A qualified Solicitor, NQ-3 years' PQE, holding the IAAS Level 2 accreditation. This is a must to be considered for the role
- Organised and able to handle a busy caseload without supervision, including - detention center work, hearings and judicial reviews
- Able to conduct your own advocacy
- Willing to travel to detention centres across the country
