Due to continuing success they are now seeking to welcome an experienced Tax and Trust Solicitor to their team.

The Role
An interesting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tax and Trust Solicitor to join a top-tier firm based in Central London. The successful Solicitor will have gained a broad range of Private Client experience within a Legal 200 or 500 firm and also possess a proven record of sustained academic excellence. Providing complex tax and trust planning advice to a range of high-net-worth clients, the ideal candidate will demonstrate first-class client care with outstanding communication skills. Duties of this position will include: trust distribution strategies; tax efficient asset structuring; family governance; pre-immigration and emigration planning; preparing Wills and testamentary documents; inheritance tax; capital gains tax and; all forms of trust documentation.
It would be advantageous to hold either a STEP or CTA qualification.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor with 4-6 years’ PQE gained at a Legal 200 or 500 firm;
Possessing an outstanding academic record;
Solid knowledge of a wide range of Trust and Tax matters including, tax planning and trust distribution;
First-class client care and outstanding communication skills across all levels;
Able to effectively prioritise and work efficiently whilst retaining a keen eye for detail;
Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) / Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification is advantageous;
Commercially aware and willing to proactively participate in business development and networking initiatives.
