Job Details
Commercial & Insolvency Litigation Solicitor.
A commercial litigation solicitor with experience of insolvency litigation is required by a leading regional Legal 500 firm, rated as a "growing force in litigation" outside of London.
You will be a commercial litigation solicitor, circa 4-6 years PQE, with experience in the full range of commercial disputes and insolvency litigation.
The role is a strategic hire to continue the growth with the team who handle complex cases for both UK and offshore based clients. The ideal candidates experience will cover commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency litigation, finance disputes and debt matters. This role will see you continue to maintain existing relationships whilst also playing an active role in developing new business opportunities.
