A Solicitor with around three years Commercial Property PQE is required to join an existing team of three commercial property lawyers in our Eastbourne office.  The vacancy provides an opportunity to join a team led by a former City commercial property solicitor and to benefit from on-going training and mentoring.  Clients include several major banks together with a wide range of business clients many of which provide on-going or repeat instructions.  The premises occupied by the team’s clients range from offices and factories to shops and restaurants, and the team has a particular specialism in acting for care home owners and other healthcare businesses.  Our commercial property team works closely with the firm’s thriving corporate finance department, and there will be the opportunity to be involved in the property aspects of corporate transactional work.
