AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY LAWYER - NEWCASTLE

Our client is a Legal 500 rated national firm which provides a full spread of commercial law services and this includes acting for a broad range of rural clients, landowners and institutions. They are a multi-site firm which enjoys significant profile across the UK, and have a notable strength in Agricultural Law which they provide alongside Private Wealth and Real Estate departments.

The firm is looking to recruit an Agricultural lawyer c.4+PQE who will specialise in acting for agricultural clients and land owners. The breadth of work will include instructions ranging from supporting landowner clients buying and selling property, through all aspects of management of rural land including tenancy issues and planning, to advising on manorial and mineral rights and the implementation of green energy schemes.

For this role in agricultural property they are looking for a property solicitor with c.4+PQE - ideally someone who has been acting for agricultural clients, but having an enthusiasm, professionalism and desire to work with a rural client base in this sector is of vital importance.

The successful candidate will benefit from working in direct support of experienced partners who are well connected and true experts in all matters pertinent to landowners.
