Legal Secretary / Administrator – Employment Law – Central Cardiff

A leading Legal 500 legal practice is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their offices in central Cardiff. You will be joining a well-established team with a focus on Employment Law. 

Supporting the department, you will be responsible for preparing legal documentation and correspondence, handling telephone calls, dealing with billing procedures and scanning post. There is very little digital dictation in this role.

Applications are encouraged from skilled Legal Secretaries and Legal Administrators, with fast and accurate typing skills and the ability to organise a busy workload.

Applications are welcomed from candidates who do not possess employment law but office experience is essential.

You will be working as part of a team of other support staff and will be able to handle sometimes challenging matters with confidence. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients over the phone and so a confident and friendly approach is required.
