My client is a local law firm with a national reach; they have an established place in the market and have a growing reputation. They are a multi-disciplined law practice.
Due to expansion within the company a position has arisen in the Financial litigation department, this is a department in its infancy and would suit someone looking for a new challenge.
The Role;
You will be handling a caseload of Financial Litigation cases including but not limited to;
- Mortgage Miss-selling Cases
- Breach of Contract Cases
- Secret Commission Cases
- Claims to the Financial Ombudsman Services ("FOS")
- Claims through the Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS")
- Mortgage Repossession Cases
- Pension Miss-selling cases
The Candidate
You will be an experienced fee-earner with experience of dealing with a caseload of Pre and Post Litigation cases either Fast Track or Multi Track. You will have a strong understand of the Civil Litigation process. You will have excellent client care as well as excellent communication and literacy skills. You will have excellent time management and organisation skills as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines
