The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Children Panel Member Solicitor into their flourishing Rickmansworth Office, Hertfordshire.

This publicly funded family team is renowned for its expertise in complex child care cases. The team undertakes work for parents, extended family and guardians. The department has also handled a number of cases with foreign/immigration elements. In addition, the team has acted for older children who have separated from the guardian due to conflict. The team conducts much of its own advocacy including at High Court level.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Children Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will ideally be a Children Panel Member, although for the right candidate they would consider sponsoring the application
• You should have a good grounding in Children work
• You will have excellent communication skills
