Job Details
This leading Legal 100 firm are seeking a Projects Solicitor for their 1st Tier team based in central London. The firm are highly-regarded for their work in this area as well as for their high staff retention rates.
You will be part of the wider Infrastructure team, working on major projects across a number of areas, but with a focus on transport and utilities.
Previous experience of major infrastructure projects / advising public bodies is essential. Areas of interest are:
- Compulsory Purchase Orders.
- Transport Works Act Orders.
- Development Consents.
To be considered for this for opportunity you will be:
- A qualified solicitor with previous experience in Real Estate
- A technically confident practitioner with land law.
- Preferably knowledgeable of environmental issues.
There is some flexibility with regards to PQE, but as a guide we are seeking applications from those with at least 1PQE+.
Exceptional candidates with Real Estate experience but perhaps without prior Projects experience will be considered.
