Rural Property Paralegal - Exeter

Highly rated law firm in the South West of England with several locations continues to grow. They are regularly rated in the Legal 200 and provide a range of legal services to individuals and high profile clients across the region.

Their Commercial Property Team. continues to progress and is currently seeking to recruit a Paralegal with Commercial experience to join their Rural property & Agricultural team that has experience of commercial or residential property.

The team act for a large number of farmers, landowners and estate managers across the region within agricultural, rural land, property and landed estates.

The role will involve providing support to their highly qualified team on matters including disposals and acquisitions of farms and land, advising landowners on options and small scale development sites, easements, agricultural tenancy issues (for both landlords and tenants), advising on farming partnerships and other land or asset sharing arrangements in the rural sector and secured lending.

They operate a profit share with all staff benefit from coupled with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
