A Legal 500 law firm based in Tamsworth, are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The firm offer a comprehensive legal service and are proud of the high quality client care they provide. They are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has a keen interest in property litigation to join them.
You will have strong exposure to Property Litigation matters including Landlord and Tenant disputes, lease disputes and planning and development. You will deal with a varied caseload of both commercial and civil litigation matters including but not limited to; breach of contract, shareholders and director disputes, breach of commercial agreements
The successful Commercial Litigation candidate will:
- Qualified solicitor - 2 years + PQE - Guideline only
- Comfortable dealing with a varied caseload of both commercial and civil litigation matters
- Keen interest in Property Litigation
