The Role
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer to join a Lexcel accredited firm at one of their four offices within Dorset. The successful Lawyer will be taking on a complex, large caseload consisting of privately funded matters and a mixture of pre-existing cases whilst also generating new work. Duties of this position will include: child law matters; matrimonial; ancillary relief; divorce and; TOLATA. Confidence in undertaking own advocacy is essential. Our client believes in the benefits of innovative IT, therefore a Lawyer who can adapt to new IT processes is preferable.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with two years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Confident in handling a complex and large caseload independently;
Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to offer solutions to complex legal matters in simple terms;
Solid knowledge on a wide range of Family law matters;
Strong IT skills is preferable;
Willing to participate in business development and networking initiatives.
