Job Details
Commercial Solicitor. This is a great opportunity for a commercial solicitor to join a Berkshire commercial team. The successful commercial solicitor will have undertaken a commercial, company and corporate case load previously and will be comfortable running files involving commercial contracts, mergers, acquisitions, sales and purchase of business and distribution agreements. The role requires a proactive, enthusiastic and communicative person who will be involved in developing client contacts. Salary dependent upon experience.
