Our client, an award-winning international law firm with a fantastic global reputation, is now offering an opportunity for a bright and ambitious newly qualified solicitor to join the corporate team in the heart of Manchester city centre. 
 
The corporate team provides a full-service offering including transactional experience across M&A, corporate finance and private equity work in particular. Advising a wide client base nationally and internationally, including household names and FTSE100 companies. You will join a corporate team boasting many of the industry's leading corporate lawyers, whose specialist knowledge will assist you to develop and hone your skills as a corporate solicitor.
 
Your role as a corporate solicitor will involve working as part of a wider corporate team in Manchester, being guided by specialist lawyers across the full spectrum of corporate transactions. The corporate team is highly successful and renowned for providing junior associates with a challenging yet supportive and structured environment.  The firm promotes continuous improvement and development to help you achieve your potential and support career advancement at this pivotal point of your career as a newly qualified solicitor. 
 
If you are an NQ solicitor with strong academics (2:1 at degree level or equivalent), a training seat in corporate with a strong mid-tier or national law firm and have a bright, personable and enthusiastic outlook we would be interested to hear from you.
