Civil Litigation Solicitor

A highly regarded Merseyside based law firm are looking for a Civil Litigation solicitor to join the already established department. You should have experience with neighbour/property disputes, consumer and contractual disputes and ideally licencing, insolvency, matrimonial, debt recovery although this is not essential.

The firm have been operating within the Merseyside area for over 60 year and this vacancy has arisen due to another member of the department relocation.

The firm handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters and have a wide ranging litigation department. If there is an area you have specialised in the firm are happy for you to continue with that niche specialism.

Ideally you will be an experienced solicitor confident in your technical ability. You will handle a wide caseload and will be a main point of contact for clients and junior fee earners. For a high achieving candidate there are very clear progression opportunities.
