The Role

This role is a brilliant opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join an established firm in Ipswich, Suffolk.

You will work side on with a Partner, you will have stand-out, hands on training, making you ahead of your years of PQE not just on technical matters but you will also have the opportunity to do a lot of client facing work and attending network and marketing events.

You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team dealing with a wide variety of work. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work, which will also include Corporate support. You will deal with both claimant and respondent work and the caseload will be high quality.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with between NQ-3 years PQE
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will have sat at least one seat in employment law
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Enjoy working in a fast moving, professional environment
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
