The role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their prestigious St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Corporate Commercial department is ranked in the Legal 500; it is one of the largest departments in the firm. It has grown in recent years and deals with a very interesting mix of industry sectors. Most of the work that the department deals with is high-quality London based work.

You will be at the forefront of the department working side on side with the Head of Department, this will give you an excellent platform for progression, which for the right candidate includes

You will deal exclusively with top quality London work, working alongside a highly team, many of which have come from a City background. The caseload will include; Mergers and acquisitions, Joint ventures, Commercial contracts, Licensing agreements, Outsourcing agreements, Shareholder agreements, Exporting, importing and international trade agreements and Manufacturing agreements.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE + (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of PQE)
• Flexible working hours
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
