The Solicitor role:

We want to hear from you if you’re an experienced Solicitor looking to join a fast-paced retail business that’s going places and that everyone knows. We have two opportunities both Permanent and Fixed Term reporting into the Head of Legal.

As our Solicitor you will mainly be involved in preparing and redrafting Contracts.  You’ll get the opportunity in this position to work with a great deal of autonomy to assist in the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of interesting, complex and at times, high value commercial contracts.

What we’re looking for in our Solicitor:

A passionate and enthusiastic legal professional you’ll have gained up to 5-6 years PQE and be knowledgeable in a diverse number of areas especially Data Protection and Contractual law but also; outsourcing, contract, commercial, IP and bribery & corruption.

You’ll be able to deal with the areas of risk management, governance and compliance and offer your diverse stakeholders be it a Director or someone more Junior a consistently professional and personable service.  You’ll be working alongside another Solicitor, Compliance and H&S teams so will be team-spirited and be happy to support the development of your Legal Assistant.
