Role: Locum Private Client Solicitor

Location: Cheshire

Hourly Rate: £30 per hour + (d.o.e)

Description

A well-established regional firm are looking for a Private Client locum to assist them to cover an influx in work.

The firm have an excellent reputation and they are looking for a locum who can come in and get on with both clients and colleagues alike.

Experience within all elements of Private Client Law is essential and the successful candidate will be able to work completely without assistance dealing with:

- Wills and Probate

- Court of Protection

- Estate Administration

- Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney

The firm are ideally looking for a candidate to start next week, however they will consider a later start date for the right candidate.
