A commercial property solicitor is sought for a growing firm based in Shrewsbury. This opportunity offers an experienced commercial property solicitor career development with a firm at an exciting stage of expansion.  Full or part time applicants considered. 
 
Our client is looking for a commercial property solicitor with at least three years’ experience to join their reputable team. You will work within a team of around six lawyers under the head of department but this role really does give the right person the opportunity to really be active in promoting the services of the company and its images and ethos along with becoming an integral part of the movement of the firm as a whole.
 
You will have at least three years’ experience of running your own caseload of commercial property matters as this role will require you to handle work specialising in landlord and tenant including leasehold enfranchisement, lease variations, lease extensions and lease reviews along with other non-contentious property areas.
 
The commercial property work comes from this firm’s nationwide client base but they are now picking up more local work and are keen to develop this area of their business. A commercial property solicitor with local links and an aptitude for business development and networking would be advantageous.
 
This Shropshire-based commercial property solicitor will play an integral part of the firm’s growth and will help in supervising more junior members of staff.
