Family Solicitor.
I'm recruiting on behalf of a well respected Warwickshire practice who is looking to add a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to their existing team to handle privately funded matrimonial work.
The three fee earner team deal with a range of family law matters on behalf of clients with a similarly broad range of assets, sometimes including representing clients with business interests, investments and pensions, properties and assets requiring a good commercial knowledge. In addition, there would be the need to advise on private Children Act work
You will possess over 2 years' PQE in family law, with a background in privately funded work. Someone who handles their own advocacy would be favourably viewed.
