The role

The firm is seeking to hire an Intellectual Property Lawyer into their flourishing office based in the heart of London's West End.

You will join a growing Intellectual Property (IP) team who has a truly high level of expertise. The client base will include; Owner-managed businesses, celebrities, individual athletes, sports clubs, Technology companies, and large PLC's.

This department are known Nationally. You will have the autonomy to shape your caseload, a key focus for the firm is to continue to grow their IP department. You will be at the forefront of this department and will deal with a broad range of work, this will include; Patents, Copyright, Registrations, Licensing, Infringement, Designs, Database rights and Trade Secrets

This role would particularly suit someone looking for a route to Partnership who may be in a top-heavy team, or a Partner seeking a lateral move with better earning potential working as Partner of an entrepreneurial Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Intellectual Property Lawyer NQ - 2 years PQE
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will be a commercially minded individual
• Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
