Private Client Solicitor - Dorset/Somerset
Experienced Private Client Solicitor competent in trusts, administration of estates, Wills, Powers of Attorney and tax advice to work within and help further develop this busy Private Client department.
The role will involve managing existing work and also developing this further across the local community.
The Private Client Department handles a diverse range of work including Estate Administration, LPA's, Court of Protection, Elderly Client Care and tax advice.
If you are Solicitor or Legal Executive used to running a caseload of Private Client work and dealing with the elderly, this role offers the chance to work across a number of offices and develop the caseload further across the local communities based on the Somerset/Dorset borders..
