Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Fee Earner to join this regional high street firm that have an excellent reputation with their local client base and deal with top quality work. Based in the heart of Shropshire this firm are located just off the M54, with offices within commutable distance from Shrewsbury, Birmingham, Telford and Oswestry.

Ideally you will have at least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience as a Fee Earner and be able to deal with a mix of work consisting of Wills, Probate, Trusts, Administration of Estate, Tax, LPA's and Court of Protection mattes. You must also be used to dealing with clients from within the local community and be confident in meeting with them personally, either in the office or during a home visit.

This practice is small in size but does deal with high quality and high value work, so expect there to be high net work clients with high value assets that consist of landed estates, agricultural properties and overseas assets. You will one of the senior figures in the department and so there will be the opportunity to supervise junior staff, mentor Paralegals and work with senior management.

This practice does have a wealth of work and new clients are fed into the business regularly, however you will also be expected to provide added commercial value and generate new work yourself. This can be achieved by referrals, attending community events, running local workshops and networking within the local community.
