Defendant Catastrophic Personal Injury Solicitor

Our client is a well-established, top 100 law firm with a strong reputation in the East Midlands market. They have an enviable client base giving you the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and respectable team on high level work, assisting partners and other case handlers who will help you develop your career as a catastrophic personal injury solicitor.

In this role you will be assisting partners with their caseload of pre-litigated and litigated high value EL/PL defendant personal injury matters with the team handling claims with values of £500,000 +. More specifically the caseload includes matters such as brain, spinal, amputation injuries and other serious injury cases.

The firm believe this role will suit a candidate with between 2 to 7 years' PQE, however, this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role. However you must be able to demonstrate experience of working on a caseload of catastrophic injury matters.
