Are you a solicitor with non-contentious transactional construction experience hoping to make your way into an associate role in the Edinburgh or Glasgow areas?

Do you have a minimum of four years PQE and ideally hail from a leading legal practice or commercial boutique?

Are your main drivers quality of work coupled with the chance for advancement with a firm that can offer a clear vision of your path towards partnership over the coming years?

QED Legal's client, one of the UK's leading legal practices has a requirement for a non-contentious construction solicitor looking for their first, or next, associate role to join their team which is currently spread across both their Glasgow and Edinburgh offices. Whichever office you would be based from would be based entirely around your current geographical location.

You will take on a caseload comprised of both private and public sector clients including the majority of the UK's leading contractors within a team ranked at the highest level for construction and projects work both nationally and internationally.

You should have first-rate drafting and negotiating skills, describe yourself as having impeccable attention to detail and have the drive necessary to begin your journey towards a senior position with one of the country's most respected legal institutions.
