Private Client Solicitor - Wills, Trusts & Estates

A pre-eminent, top tier full service national law firm wishes to appoint an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its national Private Client Team and be based at the firms' office in Reading city centre.

The firms' Private Client Team acts on behalf of a diverse section of clients including high net worth individuals and families, landowners, company directors and family owned businesses. The team is highly regarded as being expert in the wealth protection sector.

You will be a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE although the firm is happy to consider applications from Private Client Solicitors with greater PQE. You will be tasked with handling a broad variety of wills, estates and trusts on behalf of high net worth clients which will include trust work, will drafting and estate administration. The majority of work will comprise complex subject matter such as dealing with high value complicated financial structures and you will be involved in advising on a variety of issues involving tax and the re-distribution of wealth via a number of financial vehicles.

This firm promote development and there is scope for you to progress within the firm's structure, particularly as the Reading office continues with its expansion.
