Residential Conveyancing Solicitor- Ipswich
An opportunity has come up for a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join a well established and successful multi service law firm in the Ipswich.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years in dealing with a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish. You will be joining a well established and respected team with a strong reputation in the local area and working closely with individuals, house building companies and local estate agents to progress conveyancing matters efficiently.
This department has grown considerably in the past few years and continues to go from strength to strength and further growth is anticipated so now is an exciting time to be joining one of the leading teams in the area.
The team is a busy one, hence the reason for recruiting and their expansion plans, but it is not a "high volume" type of setup so would likely suit someone looking to steer away from that type of environment
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but will be competitive for the area.
