Legal Counsel - Wealth Management

Your new company
This multinational asset management company requires a Legal Counsel to join the team on a contract basis and support the Wealth Management business.

Your new role
Predominantly supporting the Wealth Management business, this is a broad role with a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to; preparation, review and negotiation of legal documentation; advising on financial services regulatory matters; providing guidance and documentation for corporate transactions; other ad hoc legal support across the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will need proven experience of working in an asset management team, either in a large law firm or within a financial services organisation. Specific experience of working within wealth management would be highly desirable.
This role would suit someone with c. 3-8 years of PQE with particular knowledge of retail investment management.

What you'll get in return
This is a contract position for an initial 6 months and is paying a competitive daily rate.
