PRACTICE MANAGER - KENT

Practice Manager - Managerial Level

This is an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager looking to join a highly successful firm, in a rewarding and progressive Practice Manager position.

You will be joining the firm as an integral part of the Management team and will play a leading role in the future development of the firm, assisting and managing a variety of responsibilities such as Finance and Accounts, Staff Management, Compliance, SRA, Panel Management, HR, Facilities, as well as developing operating processes and improving the efficiency of the firm's operation. Ideally candidates will also have strong accounts experience and be able to assist within the Finance team.

The successful candidate will need to have proven leadership / management skills gained within a legal setting
