Licensed Conveyancer/Conveyancing Legal Executive - Plymouth 
 
This reputed national firm are looking to increase headcount in their property team in Plymouth. 
 
They seek an enthusiastic and technically astute Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the busy and successful team. 
 
Your caseload will be diverse, but primarily be acting for house builders on sales and purchases. Your main work will be handling complex files primarily for part exchange sales and purchases and secondary for plot sales too. You'll play a vital role assisting with licences and consents subsequent to sales and freehold reversion sales and liaise closely with the Development Team compiling sales documentation.
 
You will have at least 12 months experience handling residential property matters.
