Your new company
Award winning, leading Legal 500 full service practice firm with multiple offices is requiring an experienced lawyer to cover maternity cover for up to 12 months, with the potential to be made permanent.
Your new role
Working on general commercial litigation matters including IT sectors, professional negligence, corporate and shareholder claims. You will also be advising on legal and practical issues around a range of disputes involving both businesses and individuals. Predominantly you work will be based around real estate matters including construction and engineering.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor with 3-8 years PQE within a medium or large legal 500 firm. You should have a broad exposure across a range of high value legally complex disputes. Previous experience of working on similar scale matters and ability to draft, advise and negotiate in relation to complex disputes. You should also have an excellent academic background, ability to build relationships and be able to run your own caseload of files.
