The perfect role has arisen for a NQ-3 year PQE Employment Solicitor who's feeling undervalued at your current law firm, looking for a new change where you would be respected for the work you do.
This established and expanding Legal 500 law firm near Bournemouth has a proven track record for success and are looking for an Employment Solicitor to join a busy Employment team. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.
Your role as an Employment Solicitor will involve:
- Handing your own caseload of contentious and non- contentious matters
- Technical excellence, handling both claimant and respondent employment matters
- Being able to business develop and network, to gain new clients
- A clear career path from the outset
