A leading international practice is seeking to appoint a dynamic Solicitor to join its tier 1 Clinical Risk department in Bristol.

As one of the largest clinical risk teams in the UK, the team handle a variety of high value and complex defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of the NHS Resolution and the MDU. On a daily basis you will be responsible for drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response; liaising with the NHS Resolution, Trusts and other health bodies; negotiations and mediation; and preparing counter schedules of damages etc.

Applications are encouraged from those with clinical risk expertise and/or high value Defendant catastrophic injury experience. Alongside the fee-earning activities, employees are tasked with non-fee-earning duties, including knowledge sharing, client seminars, and drafting articles etc.
