Training Contract on offer for a tenacious Conveyancing Legal Assistant in London.

The Role
We are actively seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant for a well-regarded London Practice on a full-time basis. Providing hands-on support, the successful candidate will be looking to further develop a Conveyancing career within a reputable department.

Your duties may include: drafting legal documents; use of case management systems; file management; submitting and reviewing searches; opening new client matters; liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions; use of the Land Registry portal and; obtaining documents.
The firm offers in return a competitive salary package and the view of a Training Contract for the right candidate.

The Candidate
A Paralegal or Legal Assistant with experience in Conveyancing law;
Seek to progress in a reputable department with the view of a Training Contract;
Possess excellent client care and communication skills;
Able to handle your workload with minimum supervision;
Work well in a team and on own initiative.
