New Role! Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced conveyancing Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Residential Conveyancing department just outside Cardiff City Centre.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience having managed own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion and registration, including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages.

You will be used to dealing with high net worth properties, working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience in using a case management system.
