The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Family Solicitor (4+ years PQE) into their Battersea office.

This is a brand-new office with state of the art facilities and the successful candidate will be responsible for heading up its development.
This is an exciting opportunity, this is a new office for the firm. Although initially you would work in this office with highly experienced support staff. The firm have already signed further office space and have plans to make this a multi-service office.
The firm have already got exceptional relationships locally and you will have a platform to progress, including Partnership. You will be at the forefront of this exciting venture, other Senior Solicitors within the firm regularly visit this office as they have an established client base. You will have good support and a high level of autonomy to make this role your own.
This role will primarily involve the handling of Private Family matters, structured around financial relief and remedies. However, there will also be an interesting niche in Modern Family matters, including but not limited to; LGBT, Conception, Same Sex, transgender and other niche matters

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression due to the plans for growth.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
