An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor who is looking for a step up in their career and an wants to genuinely work towards Partnership. 

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Family Solicitor to join its successful Family department to specialise in 100% privately funded Family matters, in this key placement. They are a successful Legal 100 law firm based in Southampton with a fantastic reputation, and it's an exciting time to be joining them as they are expanding this department. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give the right support required to climb the career ladder.

You must be a family mediator in order to apply.

You will have 10+ years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload, and help develop the department. In return for your hard work, the successful Senior Family Solicitor will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its lawyers, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
 
Your role as a Senior Associate - Family Solicitor will involve:

• Genuine career progression from the outset to work towards Partnership
• Be involved in training and management of junior members of the department
• A full range of privately funded family matters and familiy mediation work.
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
