Property Paralegal – Temporary Contract
Suffolk
Our client, an established law firm in Suffolk, is looking to recruit a capable Property Paralegal to join them on a temporary basis during a period of increased workload. The role is due to start ASAP on a full time on-going basis.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist Property Fee Earners with their residential conveyancing caseloads
- Take instructions
- Set up completions
- Carry out searches and enquiries
- Liaise with and update clients
The role is paying £10 - £14 per hour, depending on experience. Those seeking a higher hourly rate are still encouraged to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Previous Paralegal experience and strong administration skills are required.
