Job Details
Our client are a top tier full service commercial law firm in Thames Valley. Their offices in Reading are seeking a Property Solicitor to NQ - 2 years PQE Solicitor to join their expanding team. The practice group deals with a complete range of commercial property work.
This includes general commercial property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, development, construction, secured lending and planning.
The Commercial property work undertaken by the team includes freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals and portfolio management for occupiers and landlords for an array of interesting and good quality clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent academic qualifications and present with a strong seat in Property during your training contract and or/experience working for a reputable firm known for its property work.
