NQ Corporate Commercial Solicitor

A NQ Corporate Commercial Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique commercial firm at their Chester office which is close to excellent transport links and amenities.

The firm provide highly specialised services and continue to maintain Legal 500 listings. The corporate commercial team act for a range of high profile clients including start-ups, SMEs, OMBs and entrepreneurs and multi-million-pound turnover PLC.

They are paying a competitive package of c.£25,000-32,000 dependent on PQE level experience.

The role

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified solicitor and have gained some exposure during their training contract within a corporate commercial department.

You will progress a caseload of corporate commercial matters from case instruction to completion and reconciliation which will include, but not limited to, acquisitions and disposals, company formations + shareholder agreements and LLP agreements, company law, joint ventures, company investments including venture capital, management buy outs and buy ins, mergers and reorganisations, share options and other share incentive schemes, e-commerce, franchise, intellectual property, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements and shareholder agreements.

You will have excellent time management skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality. You will also be familiar with using a case management system.
