Private Client Lawyer

Prestigious firm looking to appoint a specialist in Wills, Estate Planning and Trusts.

There is an interesting mix of both old money clients (family trusts and inherited wealth) together with new money clients including entrepreneurs, professionals, owners & shareholders of private limited companies and SMEs. 

You will work as part of a team and providing support to the Head of Private Client Services.

Typical instructions include all forms of wealth protection and estate distribution including:

• Advising on and preparing Wills,
• Estate & Wealth Protection measures,
• Lasting Powers of Attorney,
• Living Wills and Letters of Wishes,
• Lifetime gifts and tax issues,
• Elderly Client Advice,
• Trusts advice, creation and administration,
• Variation of Wills,
• Obtaining Grants and administration of estates and probates,
