The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Construction Lawyer into their Twickenham office.

The Construction department deals with an exceptional quality of work, normally only associated with that of a top London firms. You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious work making for a more interesting role. The department has a leading reputation Nationally for the quality of work with many Lawyers being ranked as "leaders in the field". The department works across a broad range of industry sectors but with particular focus on education, charities, rural, banking and CleanTech groups. The work will be broad and include; Construction claims and disputes, Outsourcing, Procurement, Contracts, Planning, Regulatory and Strategic land.

You will deal with a hands-on caseload, working alongside highly experienced Partners. You will have the opportunity to be client facing and handle client relationships.

You will work within a top-tier department, alongside a highly experienced team.

Requirements

• You will be a Construction Lawyer with between 4 years + PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• This role has excellent prospects for progression
• Experience of managing a team is to advantage, but not essential
• Excellent client care skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
