Conveyancing Professional for Legal 200, Top Tier Firm
Reading
Legal 200 firm based in central Reading who are in the top tiers for many of their specialisms, are seeking a Conveyancer to join their expanding team.
An established fee earner paralegal/ Solicitor/ CILEX is required by a leading regional law firm that is experiencing a sustained period of growth and plays an active part in developing business and marketing. An experienced fee earner able to run a diverse caseload of residential transactions including HNW, and relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, deed of variation, re-mortgages and playing a key role in developing business further through business development and marketing.
This role would suit an experienced Conveyancing fee earner able to handle a diverse caseload dealing with an existing portfolio of clients and referral services and expanding this further. In exchange they are offering an excellent salary and benefit package as well as excellent future career prospects.
