Property Litigation Solicitor

The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join they're flourishing, very modern office based in Wimbledon, London office

You will join a very established department working alongside two Partners, you will take over a high-quality caseload of a broad range of Litigation matters, this will make for a much more interesting role. You will have good client contact from day 1 and will be at the forefront of a department which has further growth planned over the next 24 months.

You will deal with a mix of load of tenant and landlord within Property Litigation. You will deal with clients ranging from SME to national companies.
This role comes with good prospects for progression and lots of autonomy to make it your own.

Requirements:

• Litigation Solicitor with between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Be a commercially minded lawyer, able to spot opportunities to build business
• Have a good technical knowledge
• Have first-class client care skill
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structures
