The Role

Because this firm are expanding, they are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) for their prestigious Orpington, Kent office.

You will be a valued member of the team, and deal with a variety of Residential Property work. The team act on buying and selling, from studio flats to multi-million pound properties, and for lenders, and deal with buying and selling, declarations of trust, equity release, lease extensions, plot sales, transfer of equity, amongst more.

You will be given the tools, support and opportunity to business develop and market for a very exciting firm, which has further plans for expansion, and an incredible vision for the future, with the added potential of being able to delve into Commercial Property, if so desired.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE) or Licensed Conveyancer
• You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• You will work well in a team
• You will be an excellent communicator
