This firm, with 3 offices throughout South London, are ranked in the Legal 500 and chambers. This full multi-service practice has grown in recent times and now stand at 50 specialist lawyers dealing with a range of Private and Commercial clientele. The firm is seeking a senior tax and trusts Partner in their established Bromley office.

The Role
You will join the busy Private client department team, which is the firm's largest department consisting of 15 fee earners, rated in the legal 500 and led by a leading individual. The team's responsibilities are a broad range of private client relations including capital tax planning, contentious and non-contentious probates, estate administration, trust, Court of Protection and power of attorney.

You will have an excellent technical knowledge of tax and trusts, with 8 years+ years of the highest quality experience. The successful candidate will be able to take the lead in continuing the development of the department and grow an already busy area. This is an ideal role for a senior associate looking to become a partner or a partner looking to work within a tiered department.

Requirements

• You will be a Private client solicitor with at least 7 years PQE
• You will possess an excellent technical knowledge within Tax and Trusts
• STEP qualified (Preferably)
• You will have good people skills and have the ability to build solid client relationships
• You should have a keen interest in being involved in the firms' future growth
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience but is above market rate, plus an excellent benefits package
