The commercial proeprty solicitor role will be to play a significant part in the development of their commercial property team providing clients quality advice and client care.

The successful commercial proeprty solicitor will be commercially minded with a strong academic background, you will be a hard working problem solver adept in commercial property law. The work will involve buying/selling freehold and leasehold commercial property, commercial leases for landlords and tenants, landlord and tenant issues, development land, option agreements and business sale agreements. This commercial property lawyer role is commutable from Newmarket, Ely, Chatteris, Mildenhall and Cambridge.
