Company Commercial - This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced company commercial solicitor, with 6 + years PQE, looking for a fresh and exciting new challenge or genuine partnership prospects. The company commercial department work with local, regional and national clients across sectors in mergers and acquisitions, MBOs, reorganisations and restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, data protection, terms and conditions and agency and distribution.
The successful company commercial solicitor will manage a case load involving the provision of commercial governance, business agreements, contracts, IT/IP, company sales & purchases, mergers, joint ventures, distribution and franchise agreements, company formation and financing.

Based in Oxford this role is commutable from Abingdon, Witney, Banbury, Bicester, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Thame and Didcot. salary dependent upon experience.
