Part-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role near Wakefield with free parking!
A long-standing firm has an opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to head up the small team on the outskirts of Wakefield. Ideally the firm is looking for someone on a part time basis who can handle a broad mix of work for the established local client base.
The firm has been established in the area for over a century and as a result, has built up a great reputation for its services, with much of the Residential Conveyancing work coming in through repeat business, referrals and word of mouth.
Joining the close-knit and friendly team, you will be working closely with this client base and will be handling a broad range of matters, including sales, purchases, right to buy, remortgages, transfer of equity, new build, shared ownership and more.
The firm is open on PQE levels, however is ideally looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who has experience running a full caseload from start to finish with no supervision, and would be happy to provide support and guidance to more junior team members.
